At CR Valeting & Detailing we pride ourselves in taking the best possible care of your vehicle and providing the highest possible service. Here are our terms and conditions:
We will not be held liable for any consequential losses, under any circumstances should we be unable to attend our appointment with you. We will contact you as soon as possible if for some reason your valet has to be cancelled.
Contract: Any person booking or receiving vehicle valeting service provided at this location (the “Website”) agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement").
On receipt of Services from the Website, you are contracting with CR Valeting & Detailing ("we", "us" or "our").
A booking must be placed with one of our operators on the Website or in advance by phone, message or web chat. We further reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to provide services to you for any reason.
his Agreement may be varied from time to time by our posting new terms on the Website (or otherwise delivered to you), and any such changes will be applicable from the date posted. Your continued use of the Services constitutes agreement with and acceptance of any such amendments or other changes.
Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice to cancel any booking /valet type. Cancellations will be charged at half of the valet cost for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your booking/valet type, or should you be unavailable when our van arrives.
Prices: Prices shown on the website, or given over the telephone are a quotation and subject to change once our staff has had sight of the vehicle. The quotation may be changed should the vehicle not be as described, additional work is requested by the customer or should the vehicle be significantly dirtier than we would reasonably expect. This may include very heavily soiled carpets, excessive dog hair, vomit.
Prices are as displayed on the “Services" pages on the Website. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change such prices at any time by posting new prices on the Website. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Vehicle Contents/Liability: You must remove from the vehicle any valuable items which are not connected to the vehicle. We will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such items.
Please do not ask our vehicle valeters to remove or store any such items for you, as we can accept no responsibility or liability.
We will not valet the boot if it is not empty. If you leave personal items or papers in the vehicle, they could be considered as rubbish and disposed of. We will not be held responsible in such a case.
Child seats must be removed and replaced by you, as our operators will not refit in any circumstances.
We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession. Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
Please note that you are required to retain a second set of keys for your vehicle and that we shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from inaccessibility of keys.
Excessive pet hair will be an addition charge, please advise when booking to allow for extra time need.
Weather: We operate all year round but in the event of adverse weather, we may not be able to valet your vehicle.
It may be possible to do this if you have a suitable garage or undercover area in which we can work.
In the event of poor weather we will contact you to confirm cancellation. We cannot be held responsible for ‘acts of God’ ie wind blowing doors open, wind blowing items into or onto vehicle.
We will not be held responsible for damage to your vehicle due to faulty or loose parts on your vehicle. Please ensure we are made aware if any parts are poorly fitting or loose prior to us commencing your booking.
